I had some issues and wrote emails to every so called manager of club mahindra, they don't think customers are worth answering to emails.

Each one in this organisation is slave of their computer system. For every thing you ask, they give one and only answer, their system does

Bhupesh: Thanks for that information: Probably some communication gap or facutal errors by either of Arun Nanda or Arun Nair. While on TV people are tempted to give impressive statements so I guess there's been an exaggeration in Nanda's claim, or may by Arun Nair got statistics which were few months old???

I read your earlier post on the Club Mahindra experience (or should I say the time share bashing)... just a few days before i was leaving on a looooooong 40 day trip all over India. I wanted to write to you and clarify the points you had raised.... because I'm among the 'happy' Club Mahindra members.

I was awaiting NDTV' "Boss's dayout" covering Arun Nanda [A dumb Accountant :) ], much advertised this time then usual, before CM IPO. NDTV must have got good business from Mahindra group in compensation of this coverage.

In this coverage Arun Nanda claim they get over 50% of the new members through referral as against 38% mentioned by Arun Nair.

Thanks for catching CM folks. I have caught them face to face during my stays at their resort and they have very typical marketing answers. I speak to as many as 50 Club Mahindra members on internet and haven't heard of even 1 happy customer. Whom are they trying to cheat ??? You can not get booking even 4 months in advance. And As Bhupesh mentioned, a lot of their resorts

…… we track internally of Unique member holidayed which essentially is to ensure that our efforts are geared towards getting more and more and more members to holiday. This metric for last year stood at 75 %.

I can not understand well what is this matrix? Is it after paying 1.5L .. 2L+, 25% of the members are not utilizing their holidays.
