When he was a team member, he would refuse to work on weekends, citing work life issues and explaining how the delay was not his fault or concern or why he should work if there’re no comp offs. <br /><br />well.. let me tell you something...a person who loves his job.. will not sleep until the job is done.. come what may.. the personal life does not come into picture when he loves to do the job... <br /><br />but if a person who wishes to be in theatre or a mechanic get employed in a software company..
