ReplyDelete5000/- per day is quite high for White days, considering guest will have to book much in advance and he also required to pay 1100/- as guest fee.
I feel if you price between 2200/- to 3000/- per day and be flexible in negotiation you may be able to sell your days.

ReplyDeleteDear Mr. Devendra Kotadia, as you are in need of selling your pre owned White studio membership at a cost of around 2 lacs due to a family issue, nobody will pay you this cost as people are getting same category of membership at a very cheaper cost from other interested sellers. We will suggest you 2 ways which will help you to get better cost : 1) As monsoon season is ready to come, you can sell few nights to people Through this enidhi portal only, people will pay you around 1500-2000 per night. If you would be able to sell around 10 nights to 3 clients also, you will earn around 20000 and then after september you can also sell your membership at 1.50 to 1.60, ultimately getting a better cost. 2) You can straightaway call up any executive of your parent holiday company at your place for presentation and then you can offer him that sell my membership @ 2 lacs and give him 20000, he would be able to do that as he would have been visiting plenty of layman people who don't have any idea about these resell cost...Hope you could get a better amount. @ Nirmala Kanaga : Dear Madam, you have got those inputs through a representative of a holiday company just because, if , in case, you will buy any used Red studio or a Red 1 bedroom membership, then it would be a revenue loss of approx. 5 to 6.50 lacs to the company and also Rs. 20 k to 30 k to the executive as he will loose his commission. Secondly, all these holiday companies do have online booking system or callcentre wherein you can book your holidays. Resort availability are same for all members, these holiday companies can't give priority to either of the members in terms of Fresh members or who have taken any used memberships, except as per season and apartments category. ReplyDeleteI bought secondhand membership at very attractive rate from this page and It has no limitation irrespective of resale/new status. A special thanks to Srinidhi and team for this. Also to clarify further, all the new resorts are open for all the members. I would suggest to pick a best offer from here if you are convinced to buy CMH membership. Please do not fall pray of marketing gimmick/lies of sales person. Also its better to ask for written rules in case if they insist on something.
